First of all, download this Speccy - System Information - Free Download and post a screenshot of the summary page. From what I can tell right now, you have a pretty old amd single core with 4 gb ddr3 ram. As to what your pc is capable of, it depends on your usage. Its fine for office work (although the 4gb ram is complete overkill, i can't think of any scenario where it can be used to its full potential) but for things such as gaming or productivity, it simply can't do anything.

The hardware of your PC is outdated to say the least. Installing software to "boost" doesn't give any major improvements. You should definitely upgrade your PC soon.


If you want to play games, old games like GTA(upto San Andreas), Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven, Project IGI will work.
