can anyone help me(PROB. WITH MY DATAONE BBand OR IE)

After opening the portal *10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp I am able to login but cannot see my usage or user's info or anything. Every time I click, an error massage occures at the lefthand corner bottom. Can anyone give the details to what to do?

Yeah a screenshot of the error will help.

But have you enabled Jscript atleast?

And just for the info, it'll work only in IE and Opera (recognize as IE)

and on the left hand bottom of IE it says 'Error on Page'.

Its a Jscript error. Install the latest java jersion and also dont use IE7 beta, its buggy now.

I have installed the latest version & also used 6+, still the prob is same
