Can 3D TV be connected to the laptop? I have lenovo x120e laptop and and lg 3d tv. If yes than how?

You will have to check if it has the VA port that helps in external connection. While all of LG's LM series model have the VA port, other companies tv do not offer this feature and you may have to buy a external router for the same.
