i am the new user of sancharnet connection(dial up). what is the pulse rate(call rate) during night time / during national holidays / sundays while using internet/e-mail? please ....

Even i was a user of Sancharnet long ago.
When i used it, it was:
Local Call Charges( during night time)0.12Rs.+0.10Rs. per min= 0.22Rs./min
( these may seem low, but do cause a heavy phone bill)
I'm sure they must've not changed..
