C++ IDE for Vista ?

Hey guys, I am in class 12th & need a C++ IDE for Windows Vista (a free one, preferably!)

Any ideas ?

You can also try Relo if your syllabus still includes old borland headers .

Visual Studio Express _has_ to work under Vista. What all have you tried anyway?

Or is it that your programs don't work instead? Thats cause all these are Standard C/C++ Compilers and not like those crap Turbo C/C++ you use at college/school. Except the Relo solution, I suppose. Your code would need some more love.
