hi guys,
can neone here suggest a good freeware C/C++ IDE for windows vista... tried googling a lot but could'nt find nething.. so m posting here.

plz do reply.... waiting 4 ur replies..
thanx in advance.

My first choice is Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition or the full version of Visual Studio 08 whichever you have. Apart from that Relo IDE with Borland C++ compiler (free version) works great. Dev C++ with mingW compiler is also good. Try these, ill post some others later that i am forgetting at this time :)

^Well, if he's a student and really needs to have Turbo C/C++ ide, then only he should go for it. Otherwise its a really crap IDE with no support for current standards. It makes you learn wrong programming methodologies. A newer, modern 32bit C/C++ compiler is strongly recommended in place of that.

using DOSBOX lets you to write the codes in fullscreen IDE but output will still be displayed in small window.(as far as i know)
