buying pc under 30k(cpu+mobo+cabby)

i5 4440 is having lower clock than i5 4570.Its better to have this way:

Intel Core i5 4440 -11300,
Gigabyte B85M-D3H -5500,

CM Elite 311 -2600.
TOTAL -28,600.

get deepcool tesseract a 2.5k.

i5 4440 is having lower clock than i5 4570.Its better to have this way:

I think u misunderstood ,it is not for me.Its for my friend.I own the specs in the sig.This system is for my friend.Who insists on keeping the price as low as possible i5 build.

deepcool tesseract looks better than cm elite 331.Which one has more fans included?

elte 311 comes with one pre-installed fan. deepcool tesseract BF also comes with 1 pre-installed fan.

if you are able to find deepcool tessaract without 'BF', you might get two fans. if you will be getting the 'BF' version, it has just a single fan at rear.
