Buying pc under 20k. (Only processor , board, RAM,dvdwriter and cabinet)

My budget is Rs 20000 and want to buy only processor (prefably i5 2500k\2500),board(any),RAM 4 GB , dvdwriter and cabinet.

Please give me details of configuration to buy.I want i5 2500k\2500 for sure.For rest alll i am confused.

Sadly present price of i5 2500K is: 10500/- So, building precessor + mobo + ram + dvdwriter + cabinet in 20,000/- is tough ask... erm, impossible.

Wow!! I can't believe it!!
I thought after using up almost 11k in processor building board, ram, cabinet etc are impossible in a combined price of 10k.

P.S. one question: how do you guys be able to know the price of different brands? Any specific website which updates price regularly?
