Harshil, I think OP should go with a powerful Processor which will last longer for the kind of tasks OP is asking for. Video conversion is better in more cores in general.

How about the following:-

FX-6300 @ 7.5K
Asus M5A97 LE @ 5.5K
Gigabyte/MSI HD 6670 1GB DDR3 @ 4.6K
Rest are same as suggested in the above post.

Total: 37.5K. With 1K more, you are getting a more powerful Processor ( 2 extra cores, 8MB L3 Cache) and a dedicated GPU.

^ OP hasn't mentioned anything specific, and hasn't mentioned gaming at all. All mentioned tasks are the general task performed by a computer owner. FX 6300 with HD6670 will be excessive for OP IMO.

> FX 8350 will overshoot the budget. It would also need a graphic card as it does not have any IGP.

> i3 is no match for i5 4xxx or A10 6/5800k.

> i5 4430 with Asus 85M will cost 19-20k.

> A10 6800k with asus F2A85-M-LE is costing 1600k and provides better gaming performance than i5 4430. It has very good processing power too. Get whichever of i5 4430+Asus B85M and A10 6800k+asus F2A85-M-LE you can.
