buying digital camera below 4k

it's sound stupid but is is possible to buy some entry level branded camera below 3k without bill or from gray market :?: . if it's possible can you give me model name with approx price . i m from mumbai

no reply ! at least tell me how much price difference i get on original camera and same brought from gray market ? and which is VFM P&S camera in market.
