Buying advice for a phone within Rs. 4000 for relative

Please give your suggestions for a phone required by a cousin of mine. Need to buy this today.

1. Budget?
Rs. 4000

2. Display type and size?
Nothing specific, but should have 256K/262K colors

3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip?
Bar or slider, no flip.

4. Preferred choice of brand?
Nokia, Samsung

5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type).
QWERTY, touchscreen

6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera.
No preference of camera, 2MP is enough.

7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
None

8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)Please specify clearly.
Should have EDGE/GPRS connectivity options so that 2G plans can be used.

9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc)?
Social networking (FB), net browsing (opera mini preferred as browser), a good mp3 player.

10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc)?
Phone calls, net surfing, listening to MP3 music and FM radio.

11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
Nokia X2-01, Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos, Samsung Chat C322

12. Any other info that you want to share
Should have expandable memory through memory card.

yup. grab Asha 200 else there are 2 more suggestions (both costing above 4k though):

Samsung Chat 527 ---> QWERTY
LG Cookie Smart T375 ---> 3.2" touchscreen

Ok. In fact I went to some shops yesterday evening to enquire and everybody suggested me to buy the Asha 200 instead of the X2-01. Still confused so decided to check back on this forum. Thanks for your suggestions. I will buy the Asha 200 today.
