Building a pc for 1080p gaming in the future

Right off the assembly line
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Im looking to play AAA games at 1080p and a smooth framerate in the near future. Also im an engineering student so i will use this computer for coding as well

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 60000-65000 rupees (including monitor)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10 64 bit (i already own a copy)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB HDD + 120 GB SSD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes (preferably LG 22MP68VQ )

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Im starting to scratch so im not reusing any parts

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Anytime before December

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No but i will assemble it myself with the help of a friend

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Lucknow and i will buy parts from Naza Market in lalbagh and im also open to buy components online if i get a better or if they are unavailable offline

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Please tell if your suggested build is future proof or not also how many years

Hi, welcome to the digit forums.

Future proofing unfortunately will not be possible at this budget. The GPU prices are still not where they should be for 2 year old releases, the RAM prices make me want to weep, and the weakening Rupee isn't doing us any favours. C'est la vie.
CPURyzen 1300x6k
MotherboardMSI B450 Bazooka8k
RAMG Skill 8G 30007k
GPUSapphire RX580 8G24k
SSDA400 1202k
HDDWD Blue 1TB3k
PSUCorsair CX 5504.5k
CaseCorsair 100R3k
KB+MPick em1k
SpeakersPick em2k
MonitorLG 22MP68VQ9.5k
TOTAL 70k

This clearly overshoots your budget, and still isn't future proof. The CPU, RAM and GPU are all only barely enough for present day AAA games. To make a future proof system you need to extend your budget by about 30k. To make a system that falls in your budget you could get an RX 570(19k); or even an RX560(14k) right now and upgrade 1 year down the line.

Try to go for Ryzen 1600 and as suggested above get atleast 1060.
For ssd in your budget get the kingston one.

Within your budget this is the best you can get but if you can increase your budget by 6k then get a Amd Ryzen 5 1600 for 12.7k

If you decide to go with Ryzen 1600 then replace mobo with MSI B450 TOMAHAWK remove SSD for now

Replace you GPU with this
ZOTAC GRAPHICS CARD PASCAL SERIES - GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 AMP EDITION (ZT-P10600B-10M) (recently they dropped price)
