Please suggest below so that I can finalize my config
1) AMD RYZEN 5 PRO 4650G PROCESSOR or AMD RYZEN 5 3500X
2) B550 Motherboard
3) what is difference between C16,C18,C19 RAM
AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G -17.2k (Link: AMD RYZEN 5 PRO 4650G)
Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac Wifi (Link: ASROCK B550 PHANTOM GAMING 4/AC )
ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D60G 16GB (8GB x2) 3600Mhz (Link: ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D60G 8GB (8GBX1) DDR4 RGB 3600MHZ )

Check this once regarding faster ram for AMD APUs:AMD RYZEN 5 2400G MEMORY SPEED PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

I will just add it here in case you like to keep your RGB setup in sync, ASRock polychrome software is really bad. I would not detect RGB components from other manufacturers, like the RAM mentioned above. you need to download a ADATA,s separate RGB program to control the RAM's LEDs. I have the same RAM and ASRock B450 motherboard. If you are happy with static lights or no lights, go with ASRock mobo. This suggestion is only for people who care about RGB.

1. Honestly all of them are overpriced & not sure if you get warranty for R5 4650G. Maybe jump to R5 3600 for 17k if you are getting a dedicated GPU.
2. Gigabyte B550M DS3H is good enough, costs 9-9.5k
3. Lower CL means better performance & high freq is better, but nothing major as you will get bottlenecked elsewhere first. 3200MHz CL16 should be good enough or 3600MHz CL18 for a bit more, sometimes it's very close to former.

For my friend's AsRock mobo, XPG RAMs are easily controlled via its software, but that software crashes a lot but profile does get applied.

Spending 16K on motherboard is a not needed IMO. Get MSI B550 A-Pro if you REALLY need a B550 motherboard above 10k OR get Gigabyte D3SH for just a bit lesser than 10K. Or switch to B450. Put that remaining money on GPU.

If you really want AMD, my concerns about R5 4650G still remain:

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600/4650G -17.2k (no iGPU vs iGPU)

Mobo - Gigabyte B550 DS3H - 9.2k (stupid to spend 15k+ on a mid-range build)

RAM - 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz - 7k

GPU - GTX 1660 Super - 27k*

SSD - Kingston A400 240GB - 2.5k

HDD - WD/Seagate 1TB - 3.2k

PSU - Yours

Cabinet - Yours

Total - 66.1k

*GPU - Used RX570/GTX 1060 - 7-9k

Monitor - Acer Nitro VG240YP 24″ 1080p 144Hz IPS Freesync - 13.5k

Guys I am taking SaiyanGoku suggestions and finalizing AMD RYZEN 3 3300X as processor. Found it available on theitdepot.com for 12375 Rs. Now just need to decide B550 motherboard which can support future upgrade and overclocking. Is Asrock Phantom Gaming 4 best board for this Job??

I know people running R7 5800X on B450, so B550 is surely not required. Also, Ryzen 5000 is the last-gen with AM4 socket. Next-gen will have a new socket. Get R5 3600 (17k) + Gigabyte B550M DS3H (9k) for AMD for 26k instead of R3 3300X + B550 Gaming Plus (12.3k + 13.7k). As said earlier, don't both with OC much.

A GPU will help you buy a CPU w/o iGPU like R5 3600 or i5 10400F.

Again I'll say that i5 is a better performer if you want to save money, its a 6c/12t CPU & 10400F just costs 12.5k with some sellers:
Intel Core i5-10400F 10th Generation Processor (12M Cache, up to 4.30 GHz)

While checking online for B550 MoBo people are suggesting to avoid buying Gigabyte. So i have 3 ATX motherboard shortlisted. Please suggest.

1) Asrock B550 PRO 4
2) Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4
3) MSI B550-A PRO

I will try to buy RYZEN 5 3600 otherwise it will be RYZEN 3 3300X

Right now that Gigabyte B550M DS3H is like 8.7k, its pretty great for a cheap mobo & better than other cheap B550s from Galax. IMO get MSI B550 Pro VDH for under 11k if you want to avoid Gigabyte. You are unnecessarily overspending on mobo unless you are sure you will upgrade to Ryzen 9 5000 series CPU in future. R5 3600 + B550 DS3H fits your budget as I mentioned earlier with numbers.
Motherboard | PC Motherboards, AMD-Platform, Intel Platform

Its your money, I can't stop you from spending it unnecessarily on something you will not benefit from.
