Building a gaming rig @ 50000

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: New games such as FarCry 3 at Mid/High at 1600x900 at 40-60 FPS.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: I think I can stretch till 55000

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: I'm not sure about this but I'd like to put 'yes' here.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7/8 64-bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I already have a philips 206vl which is 20" and has a maximum resolution of 1600x900

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I already have 2.1 channel Creative Speakers and maybe I can skip on keyboard until later.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In a month after my XII Boards.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Will be done by assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Vadodara, India. I know a few guys who can fetch stuff for me (gaming cafe owners) but I don't trust them much with getting quality product. I can always buy online.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I want an Intel i5 CPU (latest) and nVidia for graphic card only. I already have a Seagate 1TB hard disk but I'm running out of space. I am thinking of GTX 660 so I can use this build for 5 years more without hiccups.
Also what about a RAM with 1600 frequency vs 1333? Is it better to get 2*4GB or 1*8GB? I'm thinking about G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8GB. Can I get decently priced compatible mobo to go along?
I'm getting Razer DeathAdder or Logitech G400. Inputs?
What about Headsets? I want reliable ones which are decent for gaming. With mic, ofc.

I liked the suggestion for RAM, PSU, Cabinet, UPS, GPU and HDD.
I forgot to mention that I will be using my current HDD so that's 1k more to work with.

But I don't want AMD CPU!
