Building 24/7 Small Business/Home Server

Planning to build a 24/7 small business/home server for downloading, Media storage/sharing . please suggest me good rig for this purpose.

I want :
1.motherboard
2.processor
3.ram
4.2TB hdd
5.SMPS

BUDGET - 15k +/-

I already have:
Antec Sonata-II Cabinet
keyboard + mouse
DVD drive
Monitor

Planning to use windows home server V2 or windows server 2008 with this rig..

Plz suggest me a efficient, future proof rig for this purpose.

Athlon II X4 630/635
Biostar TA785G3 HD/Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-US2H
2X2Gb DDR3 from any suitable manufacturer.
Samung F3 EcoGreen 1Tb X2 or WDC 1Tb X2 green
FSP Saga II 400W.

Total cost will be over 20k. you can cut the price on the mobo by going for the A3 version from Biostar. & Athlon II X2. also reduce the ram to 2Gb.
