what resolution u will play on ? (i.e. monitor resolution)
The games u mention recommend a 8800gt lvl gfx card, that means u have to set a budget of at least 5k or more for the gfx card. including that and 500gb hdd, total expense will become ~22k.

if playing games is solely ur purpose, then u may go for PS3 / XBOX 360 @ 16-17k. but ps3/xbox games cost double of pc games or more. so, unless u play a lot of games, consoles are considerable options.
