Budget PC for office use under 32.5k.

A new PC is required in my father's office because the current one has become quite dated and is having problems running latest software and OS (Win7). It's a Pentium D with 512 MB of DDR2 RAM.
I'm filling the template below:

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Strictly office use. Mostly word processing and IndSoft.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 32.5k MAX.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500GB.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes. 18.5 inch. Resolution not a factor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Need everything except Graphics card and Speakers.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within a week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes. But this time it will be done by an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Siliguri (Dist: Darjeeling). Will be buying locally. No can't buy from online shops as it's office related stuff and certain rules and procedures need to be followed or so says my father.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Please include an UPS and Laser Printer in the suggested configurations and within the specified budget.

Thanks in advance.

So should I go for i3 or g3220? And if possible please provide some AMD alternative as well. And also are there any alternatives for that Antec PSU because I'm not sure of it's availabilty here?

g3220 is more than enough. stick to intel as it offers better performance at this price point.. look at seasonic ss400bt for psu.

Still including that cabinet; you won't change, will you?

@OP; skip that cabinet and opt a local one and you'll save ~1800. You can also skip the optical drive as it's not used these days.
