This is best GPU you can pair with Intel G4560 if you go higher than this then Intel G4560 will cause bottleneck
Offcourse you can use it for 3 yrs if you are willing to play newer games at lower settings

If your room has good cooling & you don't live in hot climate place then mini is ok,regular version just runs cooler as it has larger(or more) fans/heat dissipation area.

Yes, you can. Don't know about price drop since nvidia is not disclosing when they will be releasing next gen graphics card.
