No, You have to update the bios before using any Skylake processor.

Came seal opened...called up seller and he told as the BIOS is updated by hand...
So yes not factory updated bios but these are boards that arrived before the bios was released so was manually updated by seller / msi after import..
newer versions should come with updated bios i guess.
