BSOD problems

My Configuration:
Intel Core 2 duo E7200 @2.53 GHz
Gigabyte G41MT-S2P Motherboard
Seagate 500 HDD
Kingston 2 GB DDR3 RAM
Samsung LED SyncmasterSA100 Monitor
Inbulit Graphics memory 782 mb(displayed by CPU-ID)
Windows 7 installed on 15th Oct 2011.

****************PROBLEM**************
Everyday I play the game FIFA 09 in my pc(Window 7).But it had been more than a month i've been noticing that while playing the game i.e after selecting the fifa team the game loads then my screen flashes.. twice.then the game begins...then sometimes while playing the game...the it gets hanged and i could hear a continuous noise through my speakers.

Then it lead to Blue Screen Of Death.But the BSOD screen just only flashes after the noise get stopped and my Pc gets restarted .I'm unable to read abt the notice...from the blue screen.After this problem i've changed the heat sink paste on my processor. but still i'm experiencing this problem.pls help me out..how to solve this problem.Do i need a graphic card...pls solve this a.s.a.p.

make sure your ram module is properly seated.. clean ram and ram slot both and remount ram module ... check your ram module using memtest app.

Yeah bro balaji2525 is right the for this overheating or bad ram if opening the case didnt solve your prob than replace your ram.
