BSOD in WINXP

Broken In
I have AMD system with AMD athlon xp 2000+ and ASUS A7n266-vm motherboard

with onboard Geforce 2 graphics

I have 512 mb ram as two 256 modules

I have a ADSL USB modem Xavi 7005q

I think the there is a conflict between the modem and display drivers

When i am browsing the net suddenly the f*king blue screen of death comes

windows error msgs mean a hell of a lot
temme what it says after the stop 0X0000000A ?
and does it include a particular file name thats causing the error ?
plz give sufficient information for proper help

i get this filename NVDISP.dll which is my nvidia driver file i guess

I had the same error, but for a diff issue.
What you can do:-
1. Remove your hardware from "Device manager", select uninstall, then reinstall.
2. As u can see , it's an IRQ based problem, which means ur IRQ has been assigned to two or more devices, aka an IRQ conflict.
3. Try setting your bios to "default / factory settings".
Do reply if u get it solved... :D
