bsnl broadband query

i read somewhere on other forum that the unlimited usage for bsnl bb (2-8am) is only for surfing and not for downloading . is it true or not
how they can distinguish browsing and downloading.

Well as far as the UNLIMITED USAGE is concerned...u only hv to pay for wat u download....(if its not included in the FREE D/L quota)

Coz BROADBAND (BSNL & MTNL) doesnt charges u for browsing...

please also mention ur free MB quota per month that u get as per ur B band PLAN....

lol... man surfing is also downloading.... when u surf the net... as 4 example when u visit a web page... all those pict or flash animation gets downloaded in ur system in the temp folder.....

like in winXP

D:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

so i think u can give ur self that answer...

as far as i know.... they CANT!!!!.... (may b u should wait for other user answer...)
