Brands for Radeon 9550

I'm looking for Radeon 9550. Actually was looking for PowerColor, MSI or Asus, but all of them are out of stock in Mumbai. Which other brands I should look for?? What about Gigabyte??

go for radeon 9600non pro or pro atleast
or geforce 6600gt with higher budget

dude.....I have budget of 5K. How can I buy 6600GT?? I know that is a real sweet spot these days.....but can't spend beyond 5K on AGP....
