Brand new desktop for 15k possible?bangalore?

Hello members I am looking for a budget desktop under 15k which should include monitor+cpu+mouse+keyboard any if possible fit in the UPS also.

I dont have much idea of the latest prices so suggestions on this topic would be help.
preferably in bangalore.
