Bought a new Hitachi 1TB HDD!

Today i bought a new Hitachi 1TB HDD for Rs.5500/-. I know its silly to ask but did i get a good deal considering the shortage of HDD in market plus dollar hike?

You shouldn't have bought one at the first place. I think with a little try, you could have got one of the older stocks cheaper.
