Boot.ini prob

hey i am having problem with the boot.ini . i can't see it but it exists there when i run it using the run command it opens but it can't edit it it gives cannot create boot.ini make sure that file name and path is correct and when i try it to save in c:\ it says the file name already exits . actually my time out has been accidently set to 1 second

^^Dont mess with boot.ini..wat u want 2 do actually ?

Right Click on My Computer>> Properties>> Advanced>> Click Setting under Startup and Recover

Change the desired Time Value
