hey dude
i have broad bsnl dataone 250 startup plan
according to plan 1 gb dwding is free
as the month end yesterday on 29th febuary
i eager to download soem music
i cant wait and i start dwding from 12:05 am
to 2:00am as about near about 200mb of music dwd..
i check my account for dwding details
but i found site undermaintinance...
i try it at 3:00am
this time get works
i was get shocked it tells only 1mb dwded
i thout tht bsnl site jammed but no
i dwd one more song 4mb and this time it shows 5mb..
and carry on now its counting well....
now 22mb since 3pm as i download

but my q is tht where 200mb of songs gone?
which i download from 12"05 am to 2
weather i get bonus dwding due to maintinance work
cauz after start working it not count these 200mb

so really surprisingly for me and you too i think

I checked in BSNL Broadband sites and got that ur plan doesnot consists free download for 0200 - 0800 Hrs So I too confuced. *gigasmilies.googlepages.com/17a.gif

I think it is due to mistake of BSNL Bradband company that ur usage vhart has not been updated correctly but I think ur uasge page will update somedays after when they will came to know that u have used 200 MB which are not updated.

Wait for 2-3 days and regulary see ur usage details chart..

There is no free usage in home 250 plan. all data is caped. sometimes the datatransfer details get updates after 1 hr or so....

the datatransfer details get updated only 10 minutes after the sesstion is over. you need to restart the modem, wait 10 minutes, then go to www.dataone.in and check usage. Don't get too happy over not finding data for current session. You still loose money.
