BIS overhaul

Hi,
I am a blackberry user and I am acivated on Bis on vodafone. The problem is that all though the plan I am on is so called "unlimited", I am being charged for using apps which do not use BIS. I researched and found out that apn setting should be changed and did as instruced changing it to www and/or blackberry.net but with not any positive results.Could anyone please help me with this please?

Well, I delete the service books and the service book come back again.I am being charged for using. Certain apps which , I have no clue are running in the background (no it aint visiblly multitasking)

That is weird, if they do not show up on the multi tasking also. You spoke to the provider about this.

Yes, I did,but they really dont knowhow to get things done with a blackberry.
