better parental controls.... Kaspersky IS 13 or Bit defender IS 13 ?

i am going to buy one of these suites. the prime factor is going to be the internet filter or parental control. specifically the keyword filtering abilities they offer. now i am not going to ask which one is the better product overall. what i need to know from people who are using these, i about the filter and stability. i have created a poll please vote and do comment on the parental control components of these two.

can you elaborate the parental control features and options. i mean about keyword filtering.

parental control?
1.be physically present yourself.
2. if 1 not possible, check internet history.
3. install a keylogger and check the log.
4. make custom rules in hosts file or in router (its easy, no need for shitty software)

and most of all, educate them and have a talk about sensitive material (kids, right?)

OK really I haven't used parental controls yet ....now using KIS '13, earlier BIS'12...

BTW windows OS also has parental controls for different accounts, go to
Control Panel>User Accounts and Family Safety>Family Safety

In Win8, there r pretty good options available

Use k9 if parental filtering is your primary concern .
