Best smartphone around 15,000?

Which is the best smartphone for around 15,000?It should have a good camera,HD video recording,good music player.

I have seen some phones and i'm not a big fan of Samsung smartphones.They just don't look appealing to me.I want my phone to sort of stand out from the crowd.All Samsung mobiles look the same,boring black rectangular shape.Plus i used to own a Samsung phone and now i want to try a different brand.Nokia phones are not very nice except the Lumia series.I really liked Nokia Lumia 610.Is it any good?Will the Windows Phone OS give me some problems?I really liked HTC phones and i really liked the HTC Desire C.Is it a good phone?My first love was however the HTC One V but it's around 18K.Is it worth it?Sony Ericsson also has some nice phones but none of them made me go like "that's the one".I prefer HTC over Sony.What are your suggestions?I'm willing to spend a few more over 15K if it's worth it.

The best would be Sony Sola, it costs around 17.5-18k

You could go for One V over Sola IF youre not going to game or use intensive apps. One V apart from being a single core phone beats sola in every aspect. I'd say Sola for future proofing, OneV for looks, preloaded ICS, Sense 4 and HTC being your preference!
