Ans: Flash required

Ans: Android or Windows

Ans: Both 3G and 4G

+1 to OnePlus One, Nexus 5

Nexus 5 doesn't support 4G bands. OnePlus One has better h/w compared to N5. Go for it once the sales ban is off.
