Best phone within 5k....

I want to buy a mobile phone under 5k. My priorities are........
1.Good Music quality(I intend to replace my ipod shuffle with it).
2.Good FM reception.
3.Large and comfortable keys for typing.(You may also suggest touchscreens,but it should be GOOD)
4.Good UI.
