Best Performance Laptop under 38k?

Hi!
I'm a passionate gamer and frequently uses much of the heavy softwares like AfterEffects, Photoshop, 3DsMax, etc. I would like to know the best laptop under 38k, in which these will run quite good.

Games:
Crysis 2, COD:Black Ops 2, NFS Run, Max Payne 3, etc.

Preference given to Dell and Toshiba.

if you can stretch your budget to 40-42k, check this: HP Pavilion G6-2005TX.
At 40k: Asus K53SM-SX010D
Under 35k: HP Pavilion G6-2005AX

I checked them. HP Pavilion G6-2005TX and Asus K53SM-SX010D look good. But can you suggest me any good Dell or Toshiba laptops in this range?
