Best Motherboard for i7 under 10k pls

I use my pc for using Maya and mostly after effects ...
suggest me a motherboard and a good Power Supply requirement for this config,

i7 2600 k
Cosair Vengeance Ram - 16 GB
SSD Cosair Force 3 - 120 GB
Quadro 600

And if possible pls suggest me a good Sound Card,which i can use for dubbing for short films kinda stuffs..

this might be silly..but..i dono the answer for it...
Can i use a Quadro and a Gtx 560 ti together in a same motherboard..if so...which one should i get?

Am going for P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Motherboard...so... suggest me the needful power supply...
