Best download manager?

Hi guys!!!

I regularly download mp3 music form net. I use dial up connection. At an average 10-14 MB of data downloaded per hour. It takes lots of time to download every song. I use flashget as my download manager. I don't think it downloads at an accelerated speed. So please tell me whhich download manager should I use, so that I can download songs at faster speed.
