We roomies are planning to buy internet plans (WiFi) in our flat. Budget should not exceed 1200 per month. Speed should be enough to watch 720p videos. And preferably unlimited.

You should check out your neighbourhood and online listing sites like justdial(phone them). Ask around for feedback on isp services on your area. 3-4mbps is sufficient for 720p vids. But you shouldn't get something that keeps breaking.
