Best blackberry plan for me?

Hi friends i would like to buy a cheap blackberry phone as my second phone.
I prefer it bcoz of its great keyboard and optical trackpad.So my question is that what is the best blackberry service plan for me.

My needs are

1. Social network update
2. Instant messaging like Gtalk,msn yahoo
3. If possible Email notification also

So please tell which is the best plan(cheapest plan) for me and i don't mind carrier thanks to MNP

I don't need Black berry Messaging bcoz my friends don't use that so wats purpose of it

Whats the point of having a BB if you don't want to use Blackberry Messaging. Its more like a regular android/ iOS device with an expensive data plan.

dont buy a blackberry unless you need BBM.. get e5 or e6.. they too have same nice keyboard! but still BB's are the king when it comes to BBM and enterprise mailing!
