Best Audio, Video format for N70ME?

Hi guys,

I bought the Nokia N70 ME yesterday.
I have a lot of songs in MP3 and MPEG format and i want to transfer them to my phone. Please suggest me the best file formats for playing audio and video on this phone.
Which software do i use for converting them?
How can i reduce the file size and maintain a decent video quality?

I am not able to play files encoded by Smartmovie Convertor in Xvid format.
The phone doesnt recognize the file format

N70 ME playes MP3\AAC\MPEG 4

1) For audio, convert your audio filesto 128kbps mp4 with Quicktime or iTunes or GX Transcoder with 44.1 KHz sample rate

2) For video, convert the videos to 176X144 pixel resolution, 196kbps Video bitrate with 128kbps Audio bitrate
