Best Android for ~13k

All right it's time for me to purchase a new phone for around 13k after my trusty old android finally gave in.. My requirements in order of preference -
Good Casual Gaming performance
WARRANTY
Good ROM support
Camera not a huge priority
Im willing to wait till the end of this month, and thats why I have shortlisted Xperia M and Galaxy Ace 3.. But I dont think they will launch anytime soon .. I dont think Galaxy Ace 3 will even launch in India (as Ace 2 never came here)..
Beyond these what are my options ?

are you willing to buy phones from less reputed companies? Because at Rs13,000 you wont get a good android from big companies...
either get a Lumia 620 or go for Xolo x800. Its already rootable, info at xda forums.

Windows phone is out of the question..
Ill go with S advance by the end of the month if X M or Ace 3 isnt available

lenovo P770 can be a great choice.
BTW you may want to check if you have service centre nearby , though most probably, you wont need one.

Galaxy S advanced might be an option/ Yes its a bit outdated but it has very good specs compared to other phones in the 10-15k price range(Not including local brands like micromax,xolo etc).

It also has fantastic developer support. Just visit xda developers page for galaxy S advance.
The biggest pro's of this phone are 16gb internal memory(11 available) and super amoled screen along with a mali-400mp gpu. The recent samsung phones like galaxy core etc are crap.

You could also wait for the Xperia M though.

Lenovo p770 lacks only in CM Support.
otherwise, it has baetter specs than aqny other mobile at this price point, IMO.

check its specs, and of course, final decision is yours

LG L7 II Dual is also good. (not sure about the proccy though,)

P770 surely seems better but im still skeptical about ROM/Kernel support as Mediatek still hasnt released KS for it..

compare the specs and see for yourself buddy.

and you checked the XDA link about Lenovo P770

and even LG 7II does not support CM, AFAIK.
