8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? Camera, Video, Photographs
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? Lenovo K3 Note
10. Any other info that you want to share :

My primary focus is camera. 13 MP rear camera if possible. Better images under indoor conditions, colour purity are my main concerns. Of course, a good display ( HD at the least ), 5 MP front camera ( wide angle ), decent processor ( Quad Core ) can do it for me.

Lenovo K3 Note (for display) or ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser (for battery life). Both have similar cameras with Laser having a laser assisted AF cam, which will focus faster & more accurately

Also fill the questionnaire

Done. How is the Zenfone Laser Camera in room conditions ( artificial light ) ? My mind is stuck between K3 Note and ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser.

I bought this phone after doing a lot of research & some good help from members krishnandu.sarkar & sam as my main usage is also camera.as far as indoor conditions are concerned i don't think one can get a better camera than ZF2 laser though you may want to change some settings(asus has lots of them).for now i have turned off the flash & can still record good quality video of movie songs playing on HD DTH channels in night with light off.

Sure. :)

What happened to Xiaomi Note 4G ? Flipkart says out of stock.
I have it . It's a great phone if you can adjust to the aggressive app closing done by the miui OS .
BTW , now it's miui 7 on my redmi note 4g and 1s but still on KitKat (4.4.4).

^Kitkat is much better OS than lollipop, lollipop has some serious bugs and google didn't do anything about it.Today i downgraded from lollipop 5.1.1 to kitkat for this reason.

Moto E.All lollipop versions have mobile radio active bugs which drains battery by running modem in high power mode even if apps don't need mobile internet this bug reduces my battery backup to half.
It is a ASOP bug so it must be present on your phone I think you use wifi for internet not 2G/3G that is why you are not aware of this bug.

I use both... I just never used it in KK.... But as far as my old N4 is concerned, I didn't observe much of an impact (I was using some custom ROM )

How is on7 ?

Samsung is trying really hard to launch good budget devices & as a Samsung phone, it is good

On7 has S410 + 1.5GB RAM. The lite version of Touchwiz works smooth in my friend's Grand Prime which has 1GB RAM, so 1.5GB should be sufficient. Multitasking will take a hit. (Still stock android would be a bit more fast)

What I really have a doubt on is the screen quality. My dad's Honor 4X has a great screen (good colour reproduction & brightness). Samsung used a TFT one, so for cost cutting screen quality won't be good.

If you are ok with Chinese phones, don't buy On7

Check MMX Canvas 5 too.

Even though many people here will suggest other small brands over MMX, I think only Lenovo, Huawei & Xiaomi can stand on similar level as MMX. After sales service of all these aren't as good as Samsung, Sony, LG, etc but still better than Meizu, Intex, Xolo, etc

8 hr SOT is great, I get just 6... My phone gives great SOT if I'm watching videos (720p), based on my projections, 10hrs on 75% brightness

I got played CoC for 3hrs continuously a few days back n my battery dropped from 95 to 50% :p
