Check this then - S3 sucks big time in multitasking.

Multitasking is not s3's cup of tea. - xda-developers -- >> My own post on xda.

IMO HTX one X plus is still a good choice.

I am 100% ok with Xperia SP.But the only problem is the launch date.As I have said I need the phone within 20th or at least within 25th.

Buddy it's a cortex A15 equivalent dual core. Smokes the One X+ Quad A9 easily. with three times more GPU power. Dual core vs Quad core applies only when we talk about similar architectures.
