i want to buy a simple mobile which support skype voice calls (dont need video support) over WIFI for my mom
the phone should be simple to use so that she can handle skype when no one is around (i would make sure that the phone is connected to wifi and skype is signed in)
no touch screen as she might face problem basic keypad or quarty is preferred
budget as low as possible
