Yeah it is low intensity blasts....
Reports say that one lady has been killed in the blast which is believed to be taken place at 6 diff places

Dude. don't worry mate. Nothing happened around Malleswaram. Most them are around Hosur Road.

Try using Vodafone. I had no isssues making calls.
