Bandwidth Meter for Windows and Linux..

i have Windows XP and Mandriva 2008 linux distro.. with UL Broadband..


Is there any Bandwidth Meter program, running from both Windows and Linux...so that i can find my total usage.... I think, it may be written in Java..Python, etc...

Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Help Me...
