Avatar problem:Reducing the size of .gif avatar

Hello all,
I need your help to reduce the size of this avatar to less that 10 KB.
So that i can host it on digit as my new avatar.Can any one suggest any idea for that?

try some gif compressor or use 123 avi to gif converter to reduce quality settings Also it must not exceed 80*80 resolution

first things first try saving it in the jpg format ...
that should considerably reduce it first
make sure to keep a copy of the original

try animated gif avatars or gif avtars.

Also look at *www.nutrocker.co.uk/animatedgifs.html. There is a very good collection of animated gif avatars.

To reduce gif size and resolution use softwares such as ulead gif animator
