Autopatcher Help.

After installing autopatcher xp from the digit DVD may edition, all the visual styles of windows are gone, also the colour of the start menu is also changed to cream, instead of blue.

Please help me revert back to original windows XP taskbar and start menu. here is a screenshot of the start menu. have a look at the start menu and the details which appear at right most corner of the windows.

help me restoring these back to original windows xp style. thanks

wat happens after u change the theme to default 4m the desktop properties..

everything changes except for the styles(which i want back).

Check 2 things:

1.) Right-click on My computer icon and select Manage, it'll open a new window.
Goto: Services & Applications -> Services, and in right-side pane make sure that Themes service is running and is set to Automatic.

2.) Right-click on My computer icon and select Properties, and goto: Advanced tab and click on Settings button in Performance section, and make sure that the checkbox "Use visual styles on windows & buttons" is checked.

thank you all for your valuable advice, installed Tuneup utilities 2006 and restored using it (styler 2). Great set of handy utilities.
