My PC configuration is

Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3 GHz,
ASUS P8Z68-MPRO,
ASUS GeForce 560 GTX 1GB DDR5,
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3,
CM Elite 431 Plus,
Corsair 600W SMPS,
1TB Seagate HDD

I have read in the Motherboard's manual, that Multi GPU is supported. I want to purchase another ASUS GeForce 560 GTX 1GB DDR5 and use it in SLI mode. Is is possible to do this? Do I have to change the SMPS for that?
Also, it is stated in the manual, that this motherboard supports LucidLogix® Virtu™ Technology. Please tell me, what is this?

BMG ftw!!
You may add another GTX560, but you can't use it in SLI mode due to the lack of speed of black PCI-E slot (runs at x4 speed)
IMO, there is no point of that kind of setup, unless, you are running sort of display memory.
The best option is:
sell the existing GTX560, which will yield you ~7K, add the 10K you would have needed to buy another GTX560, wait for 1 more month, and in the combined 16.5K, but a HD7870 2GB edition.
