darklord said:Btw may i ask why 6300 and not 4300 ? Virtualization ???
Zion is not known for making OC friendly RAM
there is not much price diff, because there is not much diff in processor itself, E4300 is a better processor than 6300 if u wanna OC, it will give u a better multiplier, same cache, u have better OC'ing chances even on a budget mobo if the mobo hits the FSB wall, which will most probably the case with a 6300 due to it's poor multiplier.assasin said:theres not much diff in prices of 4300 & 6300.also i'll buy E6300.
i've océd my present zion ram (ddr2 667) to over 800 without any stability issues.

assasin said:shall i be able to get a E4400 or E6320 by mid-May or early June???
only prob in P5N-E SLI that i find is the absence of a Southbridge heatsink
do u wanna say that 8600 sux???if yes then why???
as far as ATI is concerned theres not much news about their release dates
assasin said:ok.'my friend and i hav decided to buy:
C2D E4400
Asus P5B DLX
2*1GB DDR2 667 Dual Channel
DX10 gfx card.
the main reason behind not choosing the P5N-E SLI is that i've read in many reviews that the mobo has 'FSB Holes'bet 400-450 fsb.aslo it doesnt hav a áll solid state capacitor' design and tends to run hotter than 965.
if u guys find any flaws in this config then plz suggest.....
