hey guys
how is asus k55vm series?

ASUS - Notebooks- ASUS K55VM
is it better than k53sm series? it has sonicmasterlite ,so does it have loud and clear sound as compared to k53?????
i had heard that it has heating issues and also shuts down within 10-20 min. from start, is this general problem or not?
what will be its price of i5 model in india and when it will be launched?
