Asus gtx 660 ti vs msi gtx 660 ti?

MSI GTX 660 TI has overvolting issues MSI Caught Overvolting GTX 660 Ti, 670 Power Edition Cards
i will be into overclocking the gpu and i don't want to end up with a fried gpu just because some company overvolted
what are the effects of overvolting? will it fry my gpu? and how is MSI RMA in terms of GPU?,will these cards run cool? because i DONT want overheating issues in my PC
the asus card don't have such probs it seems.................but its expensive and thier RMA is certified crap
btw i'll be playing on a 1920 x 1080 32'' TV.pc connected to the tv thru HDMI,with a i5 3570

budget for GPU 21k(considering current prices)will be buying in march,i'm going to buy one of these nVidia cards only,since mid-range nvidia cards will not release early and will be expensive
PSU will be Seasonic Sii 520 Watts PSU

if you get the direct CU II version..get that...the coolers are very good.

And pretty silent compared to other coolers too. My 7950 reaches maximum of 66 degrees after almost 6 to 7 hours continuous gameplay of ACIII & FC3, and the sound of fans on that DCII cooler never reaches the noise levels which would distract your gameplay. Actually my cabinets fans and CPU coolers noise levels are more than the DCII.

Pick up HD 7950 3GB.

Check locally. Should be available for ~23K.

Or save money and get HD 7870 @ < 19K. Same performance as GTX 660 Ti after Catalyst 12.11.

Yes,if gaming is the concern then hd7950 makes more sense,better than gtx660ti.
Sapphire HD7950 Vapor-X is available in some places for around 22-23k.
Even hd7870 performs close to gtx660ti and is available for around 17-18k.
